PURCHASE EZ DOCK PRODUCTS BETWEEN 7/1/24 – 8/31/24** AND SUBMIT BY 9/30/24.
Rebate will be distributed by EZ Dock, Inc. in the form of a cash card to the address listed on the online rebate submission form.
Purchase your EZ Dock products and then fill out the EZ Dock Manufacturer’s Rebate Form to get your rebate.
*Purchases must be all EZ Dock Products. Freight and installation are not included as part of the qualification criteria. **Receipts must be dated 7/1/2024 – 8/31/2024 and submitted by 9/30/2024. EZ Dock, Inc. Purchases must be paid in full or a minimum 50% down deposit. Please allow up to 12 weeks for the rebate to be processed and distributed. Rebate will be distributed in the form of a digital cash card to the email listed on the rebate submission. If you would like a physical rebate sent to you, you will receive instructions on how to request a mail-in-rebate on the thank you verification page and in the thank you verification email.
