Rebate will be distributed by EZ Dock, Inc. in the form of a cash card to the address listed on the online rebate submission form.
Purchase your EZ Dock products and then fill out the EZ Dock Manufacturer’s Rebate Form to get your rebate.
*Rebate offer is valid for EZ Dock Factory Made Products. Rebate offer is not valid on ramps/gangways, hardware, pipe and brackets, and other third-party-made products. Freight and/or installation are not valid for the rebate.
